Here's where 4 wheel drive pays off. This is where lola wanted to go.
We got a little ways up the road and figured we'd better turn around.
We finally made to FDR State park, and it rained and rained!
All the rain gave us some extra time for school work.
Here's our site without the rain!
After it dried out some we did some hiking, here is a 2mile trail that
lead to a swimming pool that is spring feed. It was closed but pretty
interesting the way it is constructed with rocks.
The next trail we tried was the nature loop, which turned out to be 3.2 miles long.
It was a great hike following a small mountain creek.
Our dog Worf, reccomends FDR State Park.
