We went for a hike in the Painted Desert at Imperial Dam & Wildlife Refuge. It’s pretty barren out here and beautiful at the same time.
The Palo Verde tree, the leaves are so small that they can’t do photosynthesis. You’ll notice that the bark is green, the bark does the photosynthesis.
